What's ready for you

Brand rules for vegan and cruelty-free: Set a brand to vegan only, or to cruelty-free suppliers only. Lots from a supplier who declined your declaration are kept out of that brand's batches, and every batch records which supplier lots went in.
Certificates on every lot: Attach the certificate of analysis and the safety data sheet to the ingredient lot they belong to.
Weigh-ins you can trust: Your recipe, scaled to the batch size you're making, with a target and a tolerance for every ingredient.
Fill checks: The average has to meet the declared net weight and no unit can fall below 97% of it. The result is saved with the batch.
Complaint log: Record a customer's complaint or reaction against the batch it's about, so it stays with that batch's record.
Trace and quarantine: Find every batch an ingredient lot went into, and the orders and markets those batches most likely went to. Quarantine the lot so it can't be weighed into a new batch.
Real cost per bar, tube and tin: Landed ingredient costs, packaging and labor per unit, with margins at your online, market and wholesale prices.

Batchwell doesn't calculate lye or fragrance amounts. Use your own formula, and Batchwell scales it, weighs it in and keeps the record.
