Batchwell is run by Willow & Watch LLC in College Station, Texas ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use Batchwell for a business, you agree for that business.

Your records are yours

You own everything you put into Batchwell: recipes, formulas, batch records, costs, customers' complaint records and files. We use them only to run Batchwell for you, as our privacy promise explains. We will never sell them. You can download all of it at any time, including after you stop paying.

Your account

• Keep your email account secure. It's the key to signing in.
• You're responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
• Tell us right away if you think someone got into your workspace.

Using Batchwell fairly

Don't use Batchwell to:

• make or sell anything illegal, or hide a product safety problem from customers or regulators;
• store other people's personal information you have no right to keep;
• harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
• attack, probe, overload or get around the security of Batchwell or anyone's workspace, or try to see a workspace you don't belong to;
• copy, resell or rebuild Batchwell, or scrape it with bots.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend their workspace. We'll tell the owner why when it's safe to, and their records are kept, not deleted, so they can still be traced and downloaded.

Information, not advice

Batchwell's compliance hub, label wording, calculators and tax pack are there to help you keep good records and find the official rules. They aren't legal, tax or safety advice, and rules change. You're responsible for your products, labels, filings and the results of your calculations; check the official source linked on each item, and ask a professional when it matters.

Paying

Batchwell is free during the beta. After that, plans and prices are on the pricing page. We'll give you 90 days' notice before any price change. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Keeping Batchwell running

We work hard to keep Batchwell available, backed up and secure, but we can't promise it will never be down or never lose data. Keep your own downloads of anything you can't afford to lose. Batchwell is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Reporting a security problem

If you find a weakness, please email inquiries@willowandwatch.com with "Security report" in the subject, and give us a fair chance to fix it before telling anyone. Don't access, change or keep other people's data while testing. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Texas law governs these terms.
