Export and back up your data

Everything in Batchwell is yours. Download it any time, for your own backup or to take somewhere else.

Steps

  1. Go to More → Backup.
  2. Tap Download full backup (JSON) for every record in one file.
  3. Tap Download all files (ZIP) for your stored files: COAs, safety data sheets and batch photos.
  4. Want one part as a spreadsheet? Tap it in the list, like Batches, Materials, Expenses or Suppliers, for a CSV.

Good to know

  • Keep both the JSON and the ZIP. Weekly is a good habit.
  • If a workspace’s plan ends, everything turns read-only, and export still works.
  • The tax pack and Month-end have their own downloads too.
