- Tap Receive on Today.
- Choose the Supplier, or tap + New supplier. Set Received on and the Order / invoice no.
- Enter the box’s Shipping, duties & fees ($) once.
- For the first item, choose the Material (or + New material), then the Quantity, Unit and Item cost ($, before shipping).
- Add the Supplier lot / batch no. and the Expires / retest by date if there is one. Attach the COA and SDS if you have them.
- Tap + Add another item from this box for each other item.
- Check the line under each item: how much stock it adds and its landed cost.
- Tap Receive, for example “Receive 3 items into stock”. Each item becomes a lot with its own code, like RM-261021-01.
How the shipping is split
Shipping is shared by what each item cost, to the cent. If no item costs are entered, it’s shared by quantity instead. Any leftover cent goes to the biggest item, so the shares always add up to the shipping you paid.

If some items have a cost and one doesn’t, that one gets no share and stays without a cost, so batch costs flag it.
Suppliers and order history
More → Suppliers lists everyone you buy from, with what you’ve spent and when you last ordered. Tap New supplier to add one with its website and Leaping Bunny status. Open a supplier to see:
- What you’ve spent with them, how many orders, the last order and the lots on your shelf.
- What you buy from them, with the price change since last time.
- Every Order, with its items and the shipping.
- Details: contact, Leaping Bunny declaration and date, and Ordering, set to Approved or Do not reorder.
A material’s own page lists every order of it, from every supplier, with the average cost.
Good to know
- Everything from a supplier marked Do not reorder, or one that declined the Leaping Bunny declaration, is received into quarantine.
- Lots from do-not-reorder suppliers can’t go into a batch. In a brand set to cruelty-free suppliers only, neither can lots from suppliers who declined.
- Forgot the paperwork? Open the lot and tap Add COA or Add SDS.
- Enter the item cost before shipping. Batchwell adds the shipping share for you.
